Dr Beatson has expertise in organizational behaviour, leadership development, the psychology of motivation and high performance culture. Teaches utilizing principles of adult education and motivational psychology to stimulate transformative learning. Organized high performance and recreational sport programs, leadership camp and language schools for hundreds of children from countries around the world.
Managed 65 teachers, coaches, administrators and support staff from 26 different nations
